REFUND & RETURN POLICY: At Hairniluxe, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions (Read Carefully)
We only offer a replacement or resolution if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your order arrived damaged
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The wig must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in original condition
- Lace must not be cut
- Original packaging must be intact
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Processing Issues
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a store credit
We do not offer cash refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect measurements or preferences
- Change of mind after purchase
- Improper installation or handling
- Normal shedding (all wigs shed slightly)
- Lace damage after use
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
