Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Exceptions apply only if the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

All Hairniluxe wigs are made from 100% human hair. As this is a natural product:
- Textures and colours may vary slightly
- Each unit is unique
We do not guarantee exact replication of styles shown.

All content on the Hairniluxe website and social media platforms — including images, videos, logos, and text — is the property of Hairniluxe.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Hairniluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
5. Orders & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Hairniluxe is not responsible for delays once orders have been dispatched.
