Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY: Hairniluxe currently ships within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. We ship via Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service.
Estimated delivery:
• Standard delivery — 2-5 business days after dispatch
All UK orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping

- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, Hairniluxe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping details
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We are not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Hairniluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience this issue, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photo/video evidence (if applicable)
